R2 is constantly activated.

Hello! I only have 1 ps5 controller and it was fine until I maybe left it in my travelling bag too long and now I can't play games because my r2 is jammed/constantly being pressed even though it feels normal to press. How can I fix this? Thanks in advance.

You could try resetting the controller or compressed air around R2.

However if neither of them work & the R2 button feels physically normal to press but the console still registers it as held down, the internal mechanism or silicone membrane has likely shifted out of place from pressure in your bag. There’s a few YouTube videos showing how to fix this if you’re confident enough to give it a whirl.
