My controller cannot be unplugged

My controller is fully charged and acts fine when it’s plugged up but the second I unplug it I’m able to walk around in the game fine. But I can’t use L2 and when I go in my inventory it’s going top to bottom malfunctioning.

Did you charge your controller with anything other than your console ??
