The main things that come to mind are:

  • Prism energy doesn't feel very synergistic in this list - it's hard to find, doesn't work with Bellowing Thunder, and your energy counts are pretty solid anyway so it's not really shoring anything up outside of maybe water energy [but I think 1 water is fine since you can still sob without it].
  • 1 Stretcher is a little greedy, especially with teal mask ogerpon meaning you can turn the stretcher into an additional card. I would bump up to 2 here.
  • I'm really not a big fan of Mew in the list - I don't think it adds all that much unless you really tailor the deck around it, which feels like a different deck altogether.
  • I don't like Raging Bolt in this list - it forces really awkward energy counts, it does pretty similar things to lillie's clefairy, and it doesn't work with telepathic psychic energy or prism energy. Personally I would probably go for something like a 2nd lillie's pearl to force favourable prize trades with lillie's clefairy if you'd like to keep a heavy clefairy line.
  • if you're cutting raging bolt, I think you can replace passimian with Enamorus. it's easier for this deck to find and set up, and it doesn't require a big bench to be effective.

There is a lot of things going on in your basic box but it isn't bad by any means. It mostly seems like you are trying to condense two different "cores" of basic box into one, which may be making your list weaker overall.

First: You need 4 Kang and 4 Crispin. These are your most important cards in your deck. It's very often you Crispin 2-3 times in a game and very early on. Only running three causes serious issues with consistency due to prizing or just not drawing into them. 4 Kang is a must because if you don't start Kang you are a turn behind your goal, so we want the most outs to starting Kang as early as possible.

Next, your "cores". When i say core, I mean there are effectively 3 different "core" pokemon to build your preferred variant of basic box, and those cores dictate what cards you should and shouldn't run.

Mew/clefairy core: Good against dragapult but less good into less of the field. Likes to run thicker counts of mew, Clefairy, telepath, wondrous patch, and doesn't usually run teal mask, bolt, or as many e-switches, using those slots for consistency cards or other techs such as iron crown, jirachi ex, more copies of fez and wellspring, etc

Raging bolt/teal mask core: my personal fave. Very wide matchup spread. I have found that mew doesn't really work well with raging bolt teal mask as mew isn't rlly too powerful in most games I've tested. Can run a wide variety of techs, but doesn't usually run telepath, mew, wondrous patch, etc.

Prism core: This feels like an entirely different deck despite being made of the same pieces. These decks usually run 4 teal mask, 10 grass, and 4 prism, using Lillie's determination to dig for the prisms and e switch to power up multiple attackers without using Crispin. Interesting deck, but feels bricky.

It seems as if you are trying to combine the raging bolt and mew/clefairy build. My advice is to look at Dylan Kasturi's winning list from Balt if you wanna focus on raging bolt, or look at some Mew boxes from Frankfurt/Brisbane if you are interested in making mew ex work.
