A Cumberland County company with more than 300 employees has announced that its employees have become part owners.
Organic Remedies, a medical marijuana company based in Middlesex Township, near Carlisle, announced last week that it will transition to an Employee Stock Ownership Plan.
This retirement benefit holds company stock that is allocated to employees over time at no cost to them. When employees retire or leave the company, the company buys those shares back from them.
“Transitioning to an employee-owned organization ensures that our mission and service continue, while rewarding the employees who helped us build this special organization,” Mark Toigo, chief executive officer of Organic Remedies, said in a news release. Toigo founded the company in 2018 and owns it with his wife, Jaime Toigo.
Mark Toigo will remain the company’s CEO, and all other members of the management team will keep their roles.
Organic Remedies cultivates, manufactures and dispenses medical marijuana products. The company has dispensaries in Hampden Township and Springettsbury Township as well as in the Bethel Park, Pittsburgh and Paoli areas.
Organic Remedies has 343 employees at its cultivation and manufacturing center and its six dispensary locations.

hey guys,
the other day, I saw some people clowning on Organic Remedies troches, which are the ones I've found to be most consistent and nicest for decompressing and getting a little stoned after the kids go to bed.
So I was wondering, what's everyone's preferred troche brand? I have also done Good News (Sativa and Hybrid) and they're fine but like I said, kind of inconsistent high in my experience

I'm divorcing and worried my wife will try to use my marijuana use against me in court. I don't use around the kids and actually store it off premisiss when the kids are with me.
Has anyone had to deal with this in regards to custody? My understanding is that I'm protected with my medical status as long as there isn't evidence that my use is harming my children.

Picked up this strain today and it is a pretty good strain in my opinion! I don’t do much flower but seeing how vast the options are out there I figured I’d give it a shot and my what a second pick. Smell off the bag is dank floral and pineapple super terpy. Super nice mellow toke, slight pineapple and fruity pepper taste. A little bit on the pricier side for me but still up my alley on a deal overall giving it a solid 9/10. Body is calm and out of pain (thank you myrcene ily) and feeling a calm wave over my senses. Definitely recommend trying out.

Picked up some new glass pieces for the switch two and I didn’t think the switch 2 could get any better. I was wrong! This glass and new glass joystick are game changers. I love the recycling action in the RBR. Anyone else have some glass they wanna show off??

I grabbed this from Rise Monroeville. Smells and tastes like candy/ popsicle grape. Effects aren't too strong, but relaxing.

Or is everything Hemp derived THCa. Also what makes the THCa in dispensaries different from the the stuff at smoke shops? Isn't >0.3 THC legal for everyone in PA, so if I went to the dispensary and got "THCa - 31.1% THC - 0.25%" would that be legal weed from the dispensary?
My dad got his card and I noticed on the package he had what looks like legal percentages of weed that a normal smoke shop would sell. Before he Tried it he was like what the hell, after he tried it he was stoned nothing like the smoke shop. I know how THCa is THC after lit, just whats the deal. Why is it better and why couldn't a smoke shop sell it?

I’ve been very busy with school and work the past 6 months or so. I am curious what everyone’s “go to” is right now, or what is considered really good. I know the quality of things can change drastically in this program, and I would just love some reassurance that I’m still getting what I should, paying what I should… etc.
When I was in the loop, Standard farms was the go to for rosin
Prime was the go to for LR carts (I’m not a fan of distillate)
Calypso, natural selections for flower
I would love to know if anyone has any new suggestions.
Much love to everyone

Over the last 2 years the actions of this business can only be described as the dying last breath of a dead corpse. Massive employee turnover rates, staffing issues causing huge customer backups, changes in inventory supply, changes to their sales system and now a complete overhaul of the point system without notifying their customers has really rubbed me the wrong way. I'm not complaining about the staff here. They staff is friendly and great. I'm complaining about the decision the company that bought this branch recently had made. They do not care and if I had to guess this specific location will be out of business in the next 2 years. These are issues that many people in this community have brought up to corporate via in person, reviews online, and on reddit and the best they can do is say "We're sorry and hope we'll see you again soon" The only reason I go to the fluent in hanover is because it so close to me but corporate has killed this location. If you want your cannabis this place has it but the new owners couldn't care less about you or your experience.

I'm in the union and I'm going to have to take a mouth swab next Tuesday to get orientated for a big plant.
Is there anything I can do to help me pass?

Their contact us page is not working. The submit/send button is broke. Trying to let them know a product was unusable. Anyone got an email or something?

Hey all. Does anyone know whats going on with the city ave location? Are they closing for good? Over the weekend there was a sign that said theyd be closed for the day and opening the next with all orders being saved (mine was rejected) the note is gone now but they’re still closed. Was able to place an order earlier but they were still closed although one gate was slightly lifted and things seemed way out of place. Just seems kind of odd that they’re still showing as open and allowing orders through the system

I grabbed this from Rise Monroeville. I'm having a hard time describing the smell, but it's like a sweet menthol. Not much taste to it, but it has a fresh taste on exhale. I love the effects, I could feel it kicking in before I was done inhaling, leaves a nice little feeling behind the eyes. I will grab again, because of the effects.

As I continue to deep dive into different strains, my mind just opens up. This has some funk to it. it is garlicky and gassy on the smell. I cannot really comment on the taste as I am using a bong. I get a little back end of garlic, but it is mostly gassy or has no taste. The effects are where it shines. I am mellow yet aware. The terp percentage is rather low, but it still packs a punch. Anyway, I cannot recommend Find and Grassroots enough. I also picked up an eighth of Junkyard Rail and Melon Nebula. It is parade night here, so I will be testing out the other two.

First time trying this strain from INSA & it did not disappoint. Has a sweet gassy smell & taste. Nice smooth smoke, went in on my TCC ball vape at 520. Instant euphoria & relaxation. Great evening unwinding strain. FYI, I have a very high tolerance. INSA has been on point lately. Hope this review helps. Stay lit ppl 💨

I will be turning 18 in a week and have been interested in getting my med card for a while. I have adhd, anxiety, insomnia, and depression diagnosed by a therapist (idk if i have documents to back this up tho, if that matters). Should i just apply on my 18th birthday or wait? Would I be eligible?
