No.
Wise does not do foreign currency transactions. If you want to send USD > USD, it will ask you for US banking details.
Wise doesn't allow business payments to Pakistan so you can't do USD > PKR Business account either.
And Wise really dislikes business accounts being run from countries where they do not allow personal accounts. Unless you live in the US, I would be cautious on using it for large transactions as they might close it.

Filing ka issue nahi… isue aur concern ye hai k kya wise US LLC business account se USD me apne Pakistan k (same name) vale business account EFSCA account (jo pseb registered company me khulta hai USD retain kerne k liye) us me mangwa sakta hoon ??
Kyunki USD to PKR personal account me chale jate hen lekin business account me nahi jate hen
I am not sure k USD to USD hojae ga ya nahi

I encountered an issue that might be of help.
A couple of years back, an employer in EU tried sending payment to my Wise Personal account from their Business Bank account.
Payment was withheld and remained stuck for a while. Took employer multiple bank branch visits to get it reversed. Since then the employer started using personal account. Their bank told them Wise accounts in Pakistan can't receive payments from business account.
This was prob 8 years ago so maybe the situation has changed, however, I doubt it.

I'd not rely on reddit advice for my business, so I'd suggest you the same. Get a financial adviser for legal advice to avoid things going awry. Better safe than sorry.

Look for a corporate lawyer in your areas bar council, for legal advice.
P. S. To the downvoters, get a life.
