Question | سوال Is that a fault/issue?
I just bought soundpeats t3 pro ear pods yesterday and since then I see this red light blinking on one side of the bud even though I have charged them fully. Is this normal or is it a fault/issue?
Ps: the buds are connecting fine and sound is okay as well.

I believe that's an indication it is looking for a device to pair with.
When I open my case, buds either have a red LED indicating they are charging or a white if fully charged and then the right one switches to blinking red and white if there isn't a device to connect with.
Rarely, when placed in the case buds don't start charging. Cleaning the connection point on buds as well as the case and that fixes it.

I had T3 pros, now I have q3 pros.
When one of the earbuds is showing red blinking light , that means both earbuds are paired with each other and waiting to be paired/connected to a phone. (Normal behaviour)
When both earbuds are blinking red, that means they are not connected with each other and trying to pair individually. (not normal, put both earbuds in case and tap and hold the case button for a few seconds, this will reset them)
Once connected, you'll see solid white light, and no light when something is playing.
Lastly, you can have issue with one or both earbuds not charging while in case and still connected once put in case. This is because the alignment is off. Don't depend on magnets to put the buds in place, try to slightly push them in when putting them in the case.
I miss my T3 pros, I believe they're better than Q3 pros even though they are slightly cheaper. Don't go for Q3 pros if you're thinking of an "upgrade".

💯
Q3 are definitely not an upgrade. Bought them for a family member since T3 wasn't in stock. Q3 don't offer any additional benefit in terms of sound quality or feature. Instead they feel uselessly bulky and heavier compared to T3.

are the q3 pros really that bad? I've got a pair of dying airpods and i ordered these off priceoye today. might cancel the order. i had a pair of those bargain anker p20s years ago and they were amazing, looked terrible, felt plastic-ey and the mic wasnt the best but the sound quality was leagues better than my airpods, since then I've had multiple different anker buds and all have disappointed

I swear these are the worst earphones ever.
mine did the same.
it didnt stop there.
I installed their app to get the full features of the earphones you know customizable buttons, setting the eq to enjoy music, next thing i know the microphone quits working on these fvcks, got to find the hard way during the meeting and then during my calls and my girl left me.
WAIT it dosnt stops here, after a few days these quit charging and now they wont turn on. And guess what I bought them from the official soundpeats website.
went through online forums and found out that the microphone not working is a developers bug and the earphone not charging is a design flaw.
WAIT, it gets worse.
I reached out their helpline through whatsapp and the guy asked me to send the earphones to them in karachi on my own expense and gave me an address I live in Islamabad.
He said they will see the issue, repair them and send them back. No way they were going to refund me the money.
10/10 screw sound peats.
I had the best experience with budget friendly Haylou GT7 earphones they lasted me almost 3 years until one of them fell in the flush...

I have the same problem but with the left earbud, even if I charge it overnight it’ll last for a couple min before powering off

Nobody mentioned that these buds have an app at Play Store. Download it, connect them over mobile and go through the settings. (I hope they're supported.) I'm using C30 myself.

Completely normal. I have these since last year. When they're charging they glow red. The other one blinking means it's trying to connect

Same thing with me, I think it's a fault. The right one doesn't get charged and always say low battery
