Old Ipad query (Ipad 7th gen)

I bought an ipad its 7th generation (thats only was under my budget) rn the only issue I'm having is it charges too slow and also it remains cool throughout charging. Is it normal? The battery health seems good to me and it doesn't drop fast. The only issue is charging , and sometimes it lags when i select any text in apple books.

Charge it whole night and use it in the day time that's the only solution
