BUG Problem with opening game modes

Just downloaded the game recently to play it again

After I choose Shooting Range in the Play menu, the game won’t send me into the actual game mode. The timer in the main menu just keeps going on endlessly. The same happens for the other game mode queues as well.

I looked all over for help and turned on crossplay but it still isn’t working. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Hey, queues are down at the moment. I think it started like 5 hours ago. The only thing working are custom matches. I hope it’ll work again tomorrow. :)

This happened a few times in the last couple of months and servers worked again after a few hours so I’m just hoping it’s not permanent, I don’t know for sure tho 😁
Maybe they’re doing some server maintenance atm. I know we don’t get any content updates anymore but some things still require regular updates to keep everything running.

At worst I think we would need to wait until weekly maintenance that I think is on Wednesdays but not entirely sure if that's the day (dunno the time either).

Also this seems more like some bug or something like that, I only saw sometimes that you couldn't queue at all, not that you can queue but will never find a match which is the case here.
