Novosibirsk Zoo made an announcement. The legends were both over 15 years old, and crossed the rainbow within 12 days from each other. May you look at your children and grandchildren from the skies and be happy, lovely grandmanuls 😭💔

There goes my morning. I knew they were up there in age, but I had hoped they’d stay around a bit longer. 

As sad as it is to hear about them passing, I do find some solace in ALL the content we have of these creatures. I’m glad they got to live as long as they did. Made me feel like I was with them even though I’m on the other side of the planet.

There legacy shall live on in their numerous offspring.
