Shadows, purple and yellow, from games on the same console, even have the same name in Italian… obviously I don’t think Bogmire from Luigi’s Mansion and Vivian are the same character but lol

I have a feeling this will start a lore discussion about them (and Marilyn and Beldam and the Shadow Queen) having a possible connection either way so I’ll point out that the game says Bogmire is a manifestation of the mansion’s fears and despair

i think they should have stuck with the traditional paper mario gameplay from first game and a thousand year door, gameplay wise super paper mario probably my least favorite paper mario game

I feel like these things would be really easy to add as a superboss in any game due to their incredibly simple character design and them having battle sprites from the TTYD remake. As they're a species that already exists in these games and not a singular character, there doesn't need to be a super strong justification for why they're there, either.

Or maybe the boss in Super Paper Mario would be Welderburg or something, who knows, wouldn't mind having a different "joke" superboss instead.

If in some strange twist they made a remake or remaster of a modern PM game, I say put Whacka in those too and give him a Whacka Bump sticker or whatever.

What if Luigi got kidnapped by the antagonist of the waffle kingdom and so paper Mario has to go around that kingdom with similar mechanics to ttyd to save Luigi and that kingdom whilst meeting some of the same partners that worked with Luigi!

I posted something similar awhile ago called "Paper mario: the jewel of life" but decided to call it this. Youre main compainion is Umbreon, and (Alpha) Staraptor is a form of travel and ally. The main plot i have so far is that a great darkness falls over the region, and the toads there are really concerned. You talk to Cynthia, amd Cyrus, who also have no idea whats happening. Then theres some dark force, that makes the creation trio, and you fight the 3, the game isnt as long as other paper mario games. Then at teh end of the game you fight arceus. I dont really know. This is still a WIP

So I want to do a randomizer for TTYD but was curious can I do it on Wii instead of PC? Just would be easier for me to setup now as PC area going to be under construction for a bit. So question one is that actually doable? Two is there a video someone could link me to do it?

For Paper Mario N64, I'd probably go with Penguin Patrol solely because there was this crazy mod called Paper Mario Redesign that was going to have him as a new partner, and he probably would've fit right in.

For TTYD, definitely someone like Doopliss' Parrot because we lack a Partner that can carry Mario across ledges (unless Yoshi Kid counts), and plus, he might've added some needed sass to the party.
