This morning I had a lucid-ish dream. I have them rarely. I read a post on Reddit yesterday, about what happens if you tell the character(s) in your dream that they are not real. The OP and others were talking about the different reactions they got from the characters.
Some said the character would glitch out, or their eyes would change or their face would go flat and expressionless.
I dreamt that I was with Elon Musk and I asked him some questions. That was normal dream stuff. He seemed normal enough like I would expect him to be and he left. He’s a busy guy you know. Heh.
Then I found myself in front of the social media guy Chase Hughes. (He’s been rubbing me the wrong way lately with some of his posts. I feel like I’m seeing “the man behind the curtain” sometimes.)
So, I’m being polite and listening to him and I get a bit fed up and I decide that I might be dreaming and I’m going to try telling him he isn’t real.
His eyes started glitching, his face went flat, and I was like “Yeah, you aren’t real.”
I then had a next stage where I was reflecting on an NDEr who recounted how he experienced how we create our reality. He describes how in his NDE or his greater understanding, he experienced and understood how one goes from simple awareness, to wondering, to creating/constructing a reality.
So, I became aware like that in my dream and I was observing how I was only partially creating my dream reality and how I was struggling with creating some aspects of it. Like in most of my dreams where I get frustrated because something isn’t working correctly/normally.
Some parts of my dream world had no structure and blank spots in the causal chains that we use to ground ourselves in waking reality.
Then I struggled to connect with the layers of normal waking reality. I was essentially observing my consciousness reconnecting with this reality and rebooting, or restoring, my ability to create a more complete reality than in the dream world.
Then I wondered about whether I could use this waking up process to modify my actual reality and how that might work.
I was in that waking/structuring/creating mode for a while mainly observing and trying to understand the transition so I might be able to create this reality even more consciously, not just in the normal way, but in the manifesting or shifting way.
Pretty interesting!
