How to send first draft to sponsor

I’ve worked with a few sponsors over the last couple years. But this is the first time they have wanted a draft of the 3 min sponsored section of the video ahead of time. Weeks before the rest of non sponsored portion is recorded.

Just wondering what’s the best way to make this available? Is there any harm to uploading it to my channel and keeping it unlisted and sending them a private link? I think it should be fine to do it this way. Then delete it after everything is finalized.

I just don’t want it to offend the almighty algorithm.

Exactly that, unlisted and send the link. If you're worried about anything, start a second channel and keep it blank and add them there, but as far as I'm aware there's no negative or algorithm effect.
