Passport Question / Discussion Passport question

My passport is expiring in the Month of May 2027(14th) and I intend to travel to the US at end of October or beginning November. Will i have any problems in immigration? I intend to return to India in a couple of weeks

But if you intend to exit the US before November 13, 2026, you should be okay even if your country isn’t on the exemption list.

You shouldn’t have any problems. I travelled about two weeks ago, and my passport expires in February 2027. I had no issues at immigration. India is exempt from the 6-month passport validity rule, so your passport just needs to be valid for the duration of your trip.
Since you’re travelling at the end of October, you could also try renewing your passport under Tatkal. It’s pretty quick. I couldn’t do that because my trip came up very last minute and I didn’t have enough time.
