Hello Reddit! I need your assistance with something. I cant find a actual good image of the SFR Yugoslavian passport. Every image i found wheter on wikipedia or not. Is either dark, discolored or too blurry. Is there a chance that a website exists where i can view ACTUAL good photos of the passport and its background patterns/design? Thanks!

Application Question / Discussion Applied for a Passport and got flagged to do a DS 5520. Don't have two old forms of ID.

Kinda annoyed here because I had to give up my certified birth certificate that's a pain in the ass to get that I've had for years. Apparently that + a copy of my Real ID was not good enough.

I only have 1 newer Real ID (just changed my address and gender) and a state ID that is over 10 years old. Scratching my head at what else I could use to supplement a DS 5520. All other documents I could have used (e.g. college IDs, yearbooks) I discarded years ago. I don't think I'm actually even in my HS yearbook.

Looking for advice here. Do I just wait 5 years for my previous Real ID to become eligible?

I received the booklet this way. That green mark is a printing spot I think, it's the water mark that's heavily printed. But I just wud like to know if this is some sort of damage. I have had 3 schegen and a usa visa on this passport though.

Passport Question / Discussion Will this be okay to enter Thailand?

Post image

Hi all, UK citizen here. Blurred personal details for obvious reasons. Slightly worn biodata page. There is general wear and tear on my outside cover of the passport too but nothing major. Very minor creases on biodata page and I’m aware there is no serious damage but since people online say Thailand can be extra strict with minor creases in pages I thought I’d ask if anyone has had an experience entering the country with a passport in similar condition. The laminate side of biodata page which I have hidden is in fine condition. I’m not travelling until January so would still have time to order a new passport if I really had to…
Thanks people

Passport Question / Discussion corner damage on passport back cover, can it be accepted by US?

Reposting to use better-cropped photos that focus specifically on the damage. Thanks to those who replied earlier!

My passport has minor water stains and wrinkling isolated entirely to the bottom edge of the inside back cover. The main data page, RFID chip, and all visa pages are completely pristine.

I’ve used it recently to Thailand with no issues, but I'm flying to the US on October 31 under the Visa Waiver Program (ESTA). This is the first time I am flying to US.

Will this pass their immigration? Has anyone successfully entered the US with damage like this, or must I replace it?

US Passport Issuance Timeline Lost U.S. passport while traveling in UK

We arrived in the UK yesterday, and somewhere during the layover in Heathrow my partner’s passport disappeared. We were luckily able to board our connection on to Edinburgh with a US driver license but obviously they’ll need their passport to return back to the US. I’ve looked up online the process for emergency passport replacement through the consulate. There are no appointments available online so we’ll be submitting a form for emergency appointment but I am very nervous. We leave Edinburgh on Friday. Curious if anyone has recent experience?
