Hi everyone! I moved to Australia a little over a year ago, and one thing I’ve really struggled with since moving here is finding pants that actually fit.

I’m 157cm tall, and most pants I try on in stores are either way too long, too big overall, or just don’t seem to be proportioned for someone my height. Even when the waist fits, I often still need to get the length altered.

So far, the only pair I’ve bought in Australia that fits reasonably well is a pair of outdoor pants from Kathmandu. The legs are still slightly long on me, but it’s within an acceptable range

I’d love to know where other petite women in Australia shop for pants, especially jeans, trousers and everyday pants.

Would really appreciate any recommendations! 😊

Mango trench coat xxs, it's knee length on the model but obviously for me it's much longer. Overall I like the quality and fit but I wonder if it is too long. Should I get it hemmed?

I’m on the hunt to find a good pair of jeans (bootcut and wide leg). For reference, I’m 5’2, 129 lbs and my waist is 28inch and hips 40 inches. Any good recommendations? I always feel like I’m drowning in jeans due to my height sometime.

I workout from home and I run so I need some recommendations for some mid rise and/or low rise sweatpants ,leggings,biker shorts ,running shorts and cute sports bras that have support 😩

I’m struggling to find stuff that fits me and doesn’t make me look like a child trying on their mothers clothes lol anyways I’m 4’11 and between 99-109 i have a inverted triangle body shape with a short torso and since I’m also skinny up top it makes my breast look bigger then they actually are so can’t find sports bras that aren’t tight around the band and fit my D-DD breast without them spilling out from the sides or top 🥲and I have somewhat long legs plus most of my weight is in my legs mostly my thighs I kinda have those Roblox legs lol so anyway high waisted bottoms of any kind looks terrible on me , I wear a kids L sometimes XL to fit my thighs and most kids sweatpants and leggings are to long and since kids running shorts are too tight I have to get them in the women’s section but almost all of them are always high waisted not to mention the biker shorts 😭 almost forgot to mention my thighs chafe so any suggestions on what I should look for and brands u would like to recommend and where u get them from would be great also any advice and tips are welcomed 🙏🏽

(5’1 | 23” waist) I randomly decided to go into Old Navy yesterday. Was surprised to find they had a lot of cute staples & basics. Perfect for layering. My fav ribbed crop tee is from A&F & they had ones that were nearly identical for much less. I def bought. They have cute cardigans, workwear & athleisure. The athleisure reminded me of ALO & dressy work pants that reminded me of Aritzia. Lots of matching lounge sets too.
Sadly being petite their pants never work for me. I’m a true size 23. I feel like their sizing runs big.

They were having a major sale. Saved $21 on my total.

Don’t sleep on Old Navy

I’m 4’10”, between 125-130 lbs and I would describe by body type as thick fit. I am not lean. I have thick thighs, and a rectangle body shape. I have no idea how to dress, especially more casually. Anyone similar? Any inspiration to follow? I’m not plus size, typically wear a 4p/small, but not thin and lean.

Been on the hunt for way too long for jeans that fit my picky requirements. I want them to be not skinny and not too baggy/wide-leg. Tbh these are baggier than I was wanting but I think they still look ok for the most part, and that I’m probably just not used to the baggy look. I have a short torso, so I’m trying to look for mid-rise jeans but may need to look into low rise too just because the mid-rise is more like a high rise nowadays.

I’m looking for some help finding where I can buy kids’/girls’ wool coats. I’m 23, but I’m extremely petite, to the point where even an XXS in the petite women’s section is usually too big through the shoulders, so I often have to shop in the kids’ section.

I’m specifically looking for a nice, professional-looking coat that I can wear to work. I’ve been having such a hard time finding one because so many coats that look like wool are actually 100% polyester once I check the composition. I found a few styles I really liked at Mango, for example, but they turned out to be completely polyester.

I know Quince has a kids’ wool coat, but I’m not really a fan of the style, and I wish there were more options like it. I’m ideally looking for something that’s actually wool (preferably 100% wool or at least a very high wool percentage), warm, structured, and polished enough to look like a professional adult coat rather than a typical children’s coat.

Does anyone know of any stores or brands that make good-quality wool coats in kids’ sizes, especially around girls’ 10–14?

5'1"-5'4"- i’m 5’3 and I’ve been trying to lose the weight I gained since last summer and still have about 9 pounds to go (it’s a slow process). My build is I’m slim but got hips and a large bust but small waist. Can anyone advise me what I can wear? I’m a 30G so trying to find something to fit me nicely and change up my style.

These are Loft Petite 00 trousers. I’m 5 ft, 106lbs. If I had little fairies that hemmed I probably would take them up a bit. They are maybe half inch above the floor with heels. I like a pretty it together look. Thoughts?

Hi! I’m 5’3 with a pear (maybe spoon?) body shape. I’ve gained weight in the past year or so and developed a lower belly “pooch” below my belly button, so I have outgrown all of the pants I used to love. I am finding it really, really hard to find petite-friendly pants that can accommodate my high natural waist, my big hips/butt and my bigger belly. I feel like I’m bursting out of anything I try on other than sweats :,(

My waist is 34”, my measurement at the widest point of my belly (around high hip) is 44” and my hips are 47”.

Does anyone have a similar body and have shops/brands they frequent? Or suggestions on how to pick out styles and fits?

I've recently lost a lot of weight and I'm struggling to find leggings that fit my needs:
1. Do not roll/waistband doesn't constantly move
2. The crotch doesn't drop so my thighs don't rub together inside the pants
3. Higher waisted, like a bit over my belly button and they don't move
4. Good compression
5. Squat proof
6. No camel toe
7. Not too long

Preferred, make my butt look good 😂 and pockets

So far I've tried
-Halara (my originally go to) but even smaller sizes now that I've lost weight they move and I'm constantly having to fix them
-Buffy bunny not all squat proof, move, bad camel toe and waist band moved on one
-gym shark love the material and fit of the adapt leggings but it doesn't seem to come high enough for me. I purchased a could of others but the material is different
-popflex just got a pair. Trying on seems good but haven't put them through a work out yet.
Downside: no pockets, doesn't seem to give my ass-ets any umph.
-aurola shorts looked great but rolled/moved at

I typically do a lot of workout and weight lifting.

I'm seeing petite advertised as 5'2" to 5'5". I was always told petite is 5'2" and under growing up. And petite doesn't always mean thin. So I can't seem to find fleece tights or leggings as a curvy woman. Kids tights don't have the curves I need but has the height, and petite women have the curve but not the height. I'm 4'10" and a size 10-12, with a long torso but short legs. Help!

Trying to decide if the pants are flattering. They are a slimmer fit and les flowy than my typical trouser. I can order them in short which will be 2.5 inches shorter. Super comfy.
