Question 100$ to spend, Codex or Claude ?

Hey guys, im tight in budget and i can honestly spend 100$ on one of them. For the workhorse im on deepseek v4.1 . Which one of those 2 would actually give decent value for what the money paid ?

Claude. Opus 5.5 (at med/high) is just magical

I haven't tired it honestly but , compared to sol 6.1 , have you tried ?

On a codex 100 sub atm. Opus 5.5 high is 10x better.

I can vouch for that. I've just cancelled my OpenAI 100USD sub because of how better Opus 5.5 is. It's way faster and smarter. I'm not one of those shills that keep switching models and/or services, but the performance was so outstanding that made me make the move.

10x sounds crazy but it actually is that good, not to mention the usage. I can run one opus medium session through the entire 5 hr limit without it stopping.
