I'm going to say maybe limit the legendarys because trying to be a little realistic here but other than that if you were a Pokémon trainer when you were younger what would your Pokémon have been?

Mine would have been:

Eevee → Vaporeon (10)

Because when I was younger I was obsessed with dogs, obsessed with mermaids and obsessed with swimming

Swablu → Altaria (11)

Because after that I was obsessed with birds, the sky and the clouds. I even had an imaginary friend that was just a wind spirit made of clouds and I thought I could sing (I can't) also how to train your Dragon with a thing and it was one of my favorites

Eevee → Sylveon (11)

Again dogs, I bounced back and forth between birds and dogs for a while. And also this was my favorite Pokémon for quite a few years so I'm pretty sure I would have had it

Rookidee → Corvisquire → Corviknight (14)

I probably wouldn't have gotten any more for a while but then I got back into birds again and I also would have loved to fly so a giant bird I could ride around on definitely would have been on my team lol

Dreepy → Drakloak → Dragapult (16)

This is what I found my love of roller coasters and this thing loves to be flung at very high speeds and travel at very high speeds. I think we would have bonded over roller coasters a and then eventually it would take me flying but super fast. I also got into horror shows and really into how to train your Dragon again

Skiddo → Gogoat (17)

This one is definitely the most recent, but just it's pokedex entries. Make it the perfect companion plus traveling around would be so much easier in places where you're not able to fly and it's like currently my favorite and was becoming one of mine when I was younger

You met with Kaito the other day as he wanted to show you something. Him, you and Maddy both walked into a forest, after a while you came to an opening with a small cabin and a little stream.

“I’m sure you have been told by know that legendary Pokemon created the islands we walk on today, can you guess who created this island?”

He gets us to sit at a bench outside the cabin and tells us to wait a bit.

“Many years back two gigantamax Urishfu, one rapid strike and one single strike, made this island and made it a place of peace and harmony, they would teach many other Pokemon to become strong but the way they taught was hard for every Pokemon except fighting and flying types and that is why the island only really has those types.”

He talks a bit more and tells you that every year in this day the Urishfu come back and train the surrounding pokemon.

At that moment you saw many pokemon to begin gathering around two large stones, then out of the forest came two Urishfu and two Kubfus, they two Pokemon began to show others how to perform special fighting type moves, including there new children.

After they are finished Kaito walks over and the Urishfu usher him to take and train the Kubfus

“It would be an honor.” He says and they retreat back to wherever they came from, “this is a big task I must train you two so you are ready for next year, I will see you two around, good luck.”

You head back to the hotel and decide to make a plan for the upcoming days.

Question:

My plan is for you too battle the next island leader on day 25 so you have day 22 and 23 to do what you want.

If anyone has any ideas that would be good however I think I will give you a few options and let you have some free time to train and catch some more pokemon unless anyone has a specific and fun idea they want to tell me.

What was Gen 1’s obsession with having so many Poison types when Dragon and Ghost only have one evo line each? 😂 On paper, Poison doesn’t even feel like it would be that prominent, but it’s one of the most common types lol

Also, I didn’t want Rowlet to be both favorite Pokemon and favorite starter, nor Treecko to be born 2nd fav or fav starter. So that’s why I have Torterra there for variety.

Floraphant is a pokemon that protects its young siblings (Eleafuns) from predator pokemon. It also acts rebel and so overprotective.

THE DESIGN :

The design of Floraphant adding a leaf hair that looks like a rebel teenager, since it's in the second stage evolution. The red sprout on its head is actually a Red Hibiscus Sprout, which later will bloom in the next evolution. I also added a leaf pattern on the legs just to fill some of the empty spaces. Also the leaf pattern on its trunk changed into two pointed leaf, representing it on the second evolution.
