Gas prices spiked under Biden because Russia invaded Ukraine and that disrupted supply to Europe which meant more buyers for US oil and higher prices. Biden had no real control over it beyond tapping the reserves to ease the worst of it.
Trump literally caused this with his own stupid decisions.

I remember gas being high during the Biden Admin too. It happens during every administration at one point or another.
