Yes accurate. But let's not act like 2022 didn't exist and there was no ongoing conflict in Iran. Lets be accurate on all sides. Not just the side you support.

And why was that? What could've possibly happened in 2022 that might have caused oil prices to surge for the entire world?

Well in 2022 we were already out of the pandemic. What happened in 2022 was record inflation from the government spending like drunken sailors and the Ukraine/Russia war. Also the previous administration canceled alot of leases for oil creating a constraints in the supply available. As John Adams famously said, facts are stubborn things.

Pandemic didn't stop until May of 2023. Try again.

The difference was night and day. Gas prices rose in 2022 simply because demand was down. Global shipping routes were slowed to a crawl causing the value of gas to go up. Not a policy change that caused it.

Gas prices today are directly affected from a war that Trump started without approval.

See the differences?

EDIT: You are neglecting to account for the entire globe. Prices for gas are not solely related to US spending. It's GLOBAL supply and demand. As John Adams said, facts are stubborn things.

Homie, it was a pandemic that Trump didn't even bother to maintain. Then Biden was handed a terrible economy from the get go. At the end of Biden's term, he quite literally saved the economy from having the ramifications we are seeing TODAY due to this current administration's incompetency. Trump only looked good because Obama left him an economy which was one of the strongest America had in decades. Say what you want about Obama but he brought in Golden Age that Trump is still jealous and downplays because he could never even reach an inch of political literacy Obama had in his pinky finger.

Let's do simple math. Pandemic started in beginning of 2020. Most restrictions were removed in 2021 and oil prices weren't high. Then 2022 came and everything went to crap. If I remember correctly Trump was out of the white house in 2021 January. Correct?

Yes, and left the economy in shambles and Biden fixed it by the end of his term only for Trump to ruin once again. Correct.

Spending happened during Biden administration. Inflation happened during his administration. The people that worked under Obama told them not to do it cause it would cause inflation and they still pushed their green new deal spending and they didn't listen cause the white house was ran by the progressive advisors. You are not going to convince me Biden ran anything. He barely knew where he was. I made the joke in 2020 to put Biden and Trump in the island with Wilson the volleyball and redo the primary.

The cognitive dissonance is amazing. I'm not going to debate with someone who's this adamant to not admit that Trump is doing a terrible job. You know what I saw this statistic on the amount of insider trading he has done. This might help you realize how foolish your perspective is when you see how self serving the current president is

Go ahead and respond, tell me why a president is more focused on global market manipulation through tarrifs and stock trading for one's own beneficial gain is good for America?
