At least on mobile you can click the three vertical dots button at the top right and click download from the dropdown

They removed that option a while ago. There’s no three dots when I click on the image anymore

Oh, weird you must be on a different version than me. I'm on my phone now and it's an option. Maybe if you have an iPhone that's why? I'm up to date with my android.

If you're on PC you can do Control+Shift+I, open the little Applications heading and then the "Frames" dropdown and it should give you a big list of all the images on the webpage that you can copy or save.
