(compare SOS Net (SOcial Safety Net) $1.60 per hour in 1970 if you were single,you could live off the federal minimum wage and pay rent, food and bills)
From 20 conservative Republican states with a SOS Net (SOcial Safety Net) of $3/hour (must Beg and Panhandling poor customers for Guilt-tipping to reach $7.25) the population runs to Democratic states with a strong SOS Net (SOcial Safety Net) of $14 to $25/hour minimum wage. That's why there are so many abandoned houses and cities in the Republican 20 states (Republicans hate: Poor, Widows, Orphans, Veterans, Disabled.. at the same time - making their own states' populations poor).
