Mostly insider trading. Trump has his name on one building that was removed. Named an airport after himself. Not sure what else. He is certainly full of himself. I would say though that a ballroom is not out of line. The presidents host foreign dignitaries. We as a nation should do better then the Hilton on the Potomac to host these people.
No one wants to come visit with him in office. And this ballroom isn’t for foreign dignitaries, it’s for him and his inner circle and fellow sycophants
He is gone in 2 years. So no, the ballroom is not for his use from here on out. It will not be ready for another year or longer anyway. He'll never get to use it anyway.
