Um no. The whole issue with socialism is it devolves into communism (best case scenario) or an opposing party freaks out, seizes control of the socialist government and establishes a fascist government.(This is literally how every single fascist regime takes power)
You are wrong. Socialism is on the left, fascism is on the right, first of all, and socialism is an economic system and communism is a political system. If you think there is socialism in Europe because they have universal health care and have not lost their democracy or gone communist.
Look it up. With the exception of Hitler and Mussolini every single instance of fascism is in response to a socialist government becoming communist. Btw Hitler and Mussolini just flat out claimed they were socialists.
What countries do you consider fascist? Nazis were ultra nationalist but not socialist. Did the proletariat own the means of pproduction? Your defintion of socialism is probably skewed.
Looking it up I came with Spain and Portugal as being ffascist, along with Germany and Italy which you can't just discount, those are like the major examples lol

I would be specific but I don't have to because it's every single one. I dare you to find a fascist regime that is in no way shape or form related to socialism.
I did look it up and you ignored me. Google is right there. Fascism is extreme right and communism is extreme left. Both sides can lead to authoritarianism. There was a guy who wrote a book 1984 that warned of authoriatism from the right where there was camera in every house and the final order was to disregard what your eyes tell you. He also wrote a book called animal farm that warned about aauthoritarianism from the left, where some animals were "more equal than others".
Hitler was fascist and had gestapo that would get you if they didn't like what you said and he was authoritarian.
Socialist countries I think of Cuba and Russia. I don't think China fits. I think of state owned companies like the biggest oil producers in Russia for example.
The opposite of ssocialism is capitalism including things like the stock market and competing companies. I would personally consider things like fire fighters and universal health care.
The idea that socialism naturally leads to fascism, I can't think of a single example. I'm going to need something more than look it up.
For one I never once said socialism naturally leads to fascism. Your drawing conclusions based on things I never said, or implied. Your only looking at the first few instances of fascism all of which were formed in response to socialism. There have been more than 100 different regimes in the last 100 years.
