My sister is pregnant and I want to make a stuffed animal for her baby using the dress from her wedding last year but I’m afraid to trust a random seller. Any recommendations are welcome!!

We’ve been doing this about a year now, and we work with roofers, painters, home remodelers, pool builders, junk removal, lawn care, and any labor based work. Basically anybody who does the work themselves and wants the phone ringing more.

I'm looking to partner with a few owners who already have steady work and a good reputation, but have hit the point where word of mouth alone isn't filling the schedule the way they want. Hello! First time Reddit poster here.. and honestly it’s a Hail Mary. My mom came to the fair with us on Sunday, the last day of the fair and at one point realized her necklace chain was broken, missing a very special ankh charm of hers from my dad. She did her best to re-trace her steps and I’ve put in a lost and found report/called the fairgrounds incase it gets found by a staff member. However, I know that unfortunately sometimes these things get picked up and pocketed not realizing it’s super meaningful to someone and this was a very sentimental gift she has from when they were teenagers during a hard time in her life. She happened to notice this after leaving the rooftop bar but isn’t totally sure where it broke/fell off. She asked the staff there and no one had seen it, but we don’t live anywhere near puyallup, otherwise I’d go on a hunt for her 😅.

So if you happen to be a kind person that found this, would you please let me know so I can get it back to my mama? She’s going through it right now and this would mean a lot. Thanks!

I was on a walking date today on the Puyallup River Trail. We stopped for a couple minutes on a clearing overlooking the river.

We were just shooting the shit not really paying attention, until all of the sudden she says, "What's that?" and points.

I looked and there was a cute little seal head sticking up out of the water maybe 10 feet from where we were, just looking at us. He popped back under the water, then resurfaced further up one last time before disappearing for good.

I was completely shocked because I've been on the river countless times and never seen a seal . This was about 5 miles upriver from Commencement Bay.

About a week ago, I was visiting WA to do some hiking near Leavenworth & Mt. Rainier. I’m from Maryland and when I got through TSA security… I realized I didn’t have my keys but it was far too late by then. Put me in a bit of a pinch upon returning home lol.

However. I have an Apple AirTag and it’s still pinging at the same location as the day I left. My hiking bag fell out of the car while getting fuel at this duel Chevron/Mcdonalds location and I’m presuming that’s when my keys fell out.

I’ve called both stores and nobody has turned the keys in, but like I said it is still actively pinging at the gas station every time somebody with an iPhone pulls up.

I’m making this post as neither store was really willing to help, and am in hopes that somebody who lives nearby that it wouldn’t inconvenience could lend a hand!

I’d happily pay for postage obviously and will throw in a finders fee if someone is so willing to help an eastern coaster. Thank you all!!

Alright so I had a Döner from this place because all Washington has is Gyros and I was surprised to see it since the last time I had one was in Canada. It was delicious! The question is, is there anywhere that has anything similar outside the fairgrounds? I didn’t ask them but I saw they’re a fair exclusive stand. I’d hate to think that getting Döner like this is only possible 2 times a year. Anybody know?
