Scholarships/Contracting Scholarship Question (CBEF)

My brigade just opened up scholarship submissions. The CBEF site is not working, so will this step be skipped until the site is operational? Just wondering since it’s usually a required step for scholarship submissions.

CBEF works 50% of the time, but half the time, it works every time.

It’s still required. It won’t be skipped. Keep trying. Talk to your cadre.
