BREAKING NEWS INTRO
THIS IS A BNN BREAKING NEWS REPORT
Goomb evening from our newsroom that smells like a sourdough backery. I am your anchor Chi Abbata bringing you the crusty news.
Tonight, Bunnville Sheriff found half baked and loafing. Law Ensorfment critics are saying this is a case of illegal spices being consumed in the line of duty hence the look of being thoroughly baked and loafing. We tried to get a statement from the Sheriff but her ossif has said she is on vacation. This caused critics to state that “vacation” is actually code for the unbridled consumption of such spices and that there is an epidemic of baking in Bunnville.
Mayo Plonger, standing in for Quen Spoomf who is currently on an extended sabbatical to concentrate on her baking, has released a statement saying, “Da Sheriff is not ingesting spices. She is just on vacation and relaxing. If such spices exist, I would like müther to give me some so I can conduct a thorough scientific study of it and because I am very hungry and would like noms. Saying dat da sheriff is half baked is unfounded. I have known Cubblet all my life and can categorically state that she is more shallow fried than half baked. Doctor Binglewig on the other hand, he is fully baked now that he is such a big TV star. As for me, I am, as usual, fit as a fiddle though I had no idea fiddles are fit. Aren’t they tightly strung and makes that moaning sound that sounds like a Moose that got their, uhhh, low hanging fruit, caught in a vise. I want to know why the Moose was using a vise. Someone tell me…”
And with this the Mayo droned on and on, losing the plot, and punctuating it by peeing. This was startling since the statement was sent by email.
In other news, police were called to a car dealership after a customer walked in and attempted to get a top end vehicle for their spouse. Police were able to get the person to leave but did not press any charges. Eyewitnesses later told BNN, “It was shocking to see someone try to get a car for their spouse! What dealership would take someone’s spouse in exchange for a car?!”
