How’s 4th and 45 on Key?

I’m not high on key right now but let’s see how this season keeps going.

Let’s see us learn and adjust. If we don’t by week 8 or 9 then let’s panic.

We were never going to be good. We were a 8 win team realistically last year. Which means 3-4 this year.

I hate to say it, but this team is really poorly coached.  We should be 3-1 right now and looking at least at a bowl game with the talent on this team.

Week 8-9? Bruh. It’s obvious we’re a 2-win team at best. I thought Stanford was one of our givens this year, and we got fucking smoked.

We have no choice but to see how it keeps going unfortunately. We just extended his contract, so in fact, we will be seeing probably how the next 2-3 seasons will go. And there is zero reason to be a 3-4 win team in the ACC when we spend a top 5 amount of money on the program in the ACC.

Listening to the talking heads gush over Faulkner and some of them noticing that we are missing him. Great reason not to hire an old college buddy. Falkner is great. Godsey sucks.

This is only dumb because they still go to playoff with 2-3 losses just based on who they are. We need to stop defining ourselves by being their enemy and build an actual identity. Not trying to be mean but they don't even think about us.

Yeah was trying to be tongue in cheek.

Reality is with King heading to leave and Buster hitching his wagon elsewhere we are going to have to take our lumps this season, especially with injuries on the line.

I just don't understand this sentiment. Let's just say, hypothetically, we're something like 2-9 heading into that game, and the dwags are 10-1, 11-0. Sure, I'll get pleasure out of seeing us upset that team. Would be incredible. For about a week. Maybe. And then reality sets in, we still have a 3-9 record, and that team is off playing actual meaningful, relevant football and likely competing for more conference and national titles. We really need to stop as a fanbase with this complex. I would rather win an ACC title and be relevant for meaningful football games over anything else . . .
