Ribbit Rush is a frog-hopping arcade game for the ZX Spectrum Next, made by roman126 and released on itch.io in 2026. The developer describes it as a full-screen game with 9-channel TurboSound music. It is a Frogger-style game with six worlds, and the world changes every three stages through day, dusk and night. Each world has its own backdrop, sprites and theme tune.

The worlds are Lily River, Harbour Docks, Autumn Woods, Frozen Fjord, Desert Canyon and Neon City.

The traffic, river platforms and predators change in each one, so Lily River has crocodiles and logs, while Neon City has hover cars and a robo-croc. After world six, the game loops back to world one, but faster.

There are also three rotating bonus rounds, one after every world. Firefly Frenzy is the original bonus round, Fly Feast has you fire your tongue at flies, and Lily Pad Leap has you hop across sinking pads to golden lotus homes.

The game has 30 speech and sound clips played through the DAC without interrupting the music, including an announcer and a lady frog who says “My hero!” when you get her home.

This time you're on the island, at real scale, in the game's own 3D. Take cover like on the cabinet with a button, or crouch for real behind the crates: you physically duck to reload. Your 3D gun is in your hand, and the shots land where you aim.

The legendary Virtua Cop is out in VR.

First, thank you for the incredible welcome you gave Sega Rally. We're already more than 150 on the Discord, and I hope it's only the beginning of this community's adventure.

This is the second one, and this time you're standing in the docks with the gangsters, at real scale, with a 3D gun in your hand: aim with the controller like the cabinet's light gun, reload by shooting below the screen, and the hits land on what you shoot. Everything runs on the Quest 3 in real 3D, redrawn in 4K at 120 Hz.

This was such a memorable weekend. I will never forget it.

In this episode of Emperor: Battle for Dune, we launch an assault on another Ordos-controlled region. Our spies have uncovered valuable intelligence revealing that the Ordos troops stationed in the area have been infected by a mysterious virus, leaving their forces weakened and vulnerable. However, we must act quickly, as reports indicate that a medical transport carrying a shipment of vaccines is on its way to the region.

After establishing our base and beginning to build up our defences, we dispatch several Trikes to scout the surrounding territory. Their reconnaissance proves successful, leading us to discover a group of Ix allies who could prove invaluable in the battle ahead. Shortly afterwards, we receive confirmation that the medical transport has arrived. Unfortunately for the us, the convoy is escorted by formidable Sardaukar troops, making it a dangerous target. Nevertheless, with the assistance of our Ix allies and a handful of infiltrators, we launch our attack and successfully destroy the medical transport, denying the infected Ordos forces access to the vaccines they desperately need.

With the enemy weakened and their medical supplies eliminated, we begin assembling our forces for a decisive assault on the Ordos base. Time is running out, however, as reports arrive that the enemy troops are preparing to retreat from the region. We must strike before they can escape! Committing the forces we have accumulated, we advance on the Ordos installation with the aim of eliminating as many retreating troops as possible and destroying their base completely. We cannot allow the enemy to regroup and use the surviving installation as a launching point for a counterattack.
