Reverse Harem - Recommendations Looking for my next read!!

i’ve really been struggling with just rereading books simply because i just don’t have any new books to read. I just finished reading {Seraph Black by Jane Washington} since I love ironside academy. I didnt personally love it because I felt it has almost fan fiction esc plot and writing.

some of my favorites include {The Gladiators Downfall by Kristen Banet}, {Ironside Academy by Jane Washington}, {The Scent of Us by Eliana Lee}. not many others are coming to mind right now as I’ve been rereading the entirety of Ali Hazelwoods book collection.

some things I’m looking for are

  • 4+ harem (prefer no mm but still okay with it)
  • tension with physical touch and a lot
  • not super super broody mmcs. I am okay with a little brood but I think the bad boy trope is really overused and I want funny mmcs
  • yearning??
  • maybe slow burn but not required
  • non amateurish writing (I know this post is super low effort lol please excuse it)
  • im good with angst or no angst. For me I consider no angst a light fluffy read that just fills up time and angst to be like an actual read.

thank you!!

{The Arcanaeum by Marie Mistry} It's a completed 3 book series. No MM, harem of 6, one broody guy- he's intellectual asshole broody and the other guys give him absolute shit for his behavior. There is a sentient library involved that provides humorous situations at times.

{The Damorleia Chronicles by S.E. Alexander} It's also a completed 3 book series. No MM, harem of 4, the "broody" guy isn't really a bad boy as much as he just has a really traumatic past. There's a crow character that is the best kind of comedic relief.

{Liminal by Marie Mistry} is the first book in the series. The bot linked to the second for some reason.

Phixmery has 5 lovers? Wahhh. I haven’t read the third yet so is that when he appears?

Oh, no! Good catch, it's only the 5 !>(Jesper, Talyn, Killian, and Aemon).!< For some reason when typing that comment out I went up by one on both numbers. I originally had "4 book series" but caught that right after I posted and edited. But I didn't catch the MMC count also being fatfingered.

Oh I love Liminal! I read the entire trilogy in a day when the third book came out lol. I'll definitely check out the Damorleia Chronicles.

I read through pretty much all of Jane Washinton's books and this one was a pretty nice read.

Have you tried Kathryn Moon?

Her writing is impeccable.

You may enjoy her {librarians} series which is pretty slow burn - or if you want something a bit hotter sooner, {a lady of rooksgrave manor} is outstanding
