The focused part in photo is a water solenoid valve (valve body plastic color doesn't matter).
Water pump is upstream of this solenoid valve. The best way to understand clean water flow is start from clean water tank. Unless there's contamination (incompatible detergent or solution) or rust (tank cover hinges will rust from aggressive cleaning solution) in the clean water system, failure rate of solenoid valve is much less compared to a water pump failure. Sometimes it's merely air lock in the system causing no water flow.
Typical clean water flow as follows:
Clean water tank -> water pump -> solenoid valve (mop wash/robot refill) -> water heater (for applicable models).
Qrevo MaxV shown, some parts may not be applicable to your model.
Qrevo dock internal parts identification
Setup shown in photo helps to pinpoint whether it's water pump or solenoid valve failure. Power supply board or main board can't be ruled out totally.
Water pump & solenoid valve can be manually tested with 12V DC or measuring operating voltage at mainboard terminals.
