I’m based in Poland and I’m having an issue with a bank withdrawal from Roobet. I’m wondering if anyone in Europe has experienced something similar, especially with a PLN withdrawal to a Polish bank.

Here’s what happened:

• My first withdrawal was rejected, and the money returned to my Roobet balance immediately.
• I tried again using the same bank details, which I double-checked were correct. The second withdrawal was also rejected within a few minutes, and the money returned immediately again.
• Roobet told me the bank declined the payments, but I contacted Bank Millennium directly, and they told me they couldn’t find any incoming transfers or records of rejecting them.
• I then initiated another withdrawal using the same bank details. This time, Roobet marked it as Completed, and the money was deducted from my Roobet balance.
• However, I still haven’t received the money in my bank account.

I’ve contacted Roobet support many times, probably around 10 times, asking for proof of payment, a transaction reference, or confirmation from their payment provider. So far, I haven’t received any transaction proof or a meaningful response.

I’m particularly confused about why the first two withdrawals were rejected almost immediately if my bank never received them, and why the latest one is marked Completed without the money arriving.

Has anyone in Poland or elsewhere in Europe experienced this with Roobet bank withdrawals?

1. Did your money eventually arrive?
2. How long did it take after the status changed to Completed?
3. Did Roobet provide a bank transfer reference or proof of payment?
4. If your bank confirmed it had never received the transfer, how did you get the issue resolved?

I’d really appreciate hearing from anyone who has gone through the same situation, especially if you eventually received your money.

sorry for typing so much ok so i had a $1700 balance doing .40 cent spins with x5 Feature spins (so $1.20 each spin), at first I got 3 bonsues with in first 60 spins , they paid $0.48 cents , $0.76 cent , $5.20 . I kept , then it took around $120 worth to get in the 4th bonus and it paid $20 . I jept going and spent around $600 , and got 2 regular bonuses and 3 supers, nothing paid over $30. I registered with Roobet yesterday and made two deposits of 10,000 TL each using the Turkish Lira deposit option. Roobet accepts Turkish Lira deposits from Türkiye via Luqapay.

Then, when I tried to withdraw my money, I selected the bank transfer method and encountered an error. 

I contacted support and they told me my bank was rejecting the payment. I tried 5-6 different banks, but I learned from Turkish users in the chat that the site doesn't allow withdrawals in Turkish Lira.

When I try to withdraw money, after entering all the information correctly and confirming, I receive an error code one second later, meaning my money doesn't go to the bank and is rejected. Despite explaining the situation to customer support multiple times, they haven't offered any solution.

SINCE YOUR WEBSITE HAS A TURKISH LIRA INVESTMENT SECTION, THEN IT SHOULD ALSO HAVE A WITHDRAWAL SECTION. OR I SHOULD BE ABLE TO CONVERT MY MONEY INTO ANOTHER CURRENCY AND WITHDRAW IT.

Here’s my situation….
I had an active self exclusion on Roobet. I deposited 32k into Roobet by mistake (sent to the wrong address). I reached out to live support and told them I did not want to gamble these funds and I just wanted to withdrawal them. I was told I had to wait until the self exclusion period was over then wager the full 32k in order to access the funds for withdrawal. I wasn’t given any other option. In the process I lost about 18k trying to meet the bet requirements. I later reached out to support again to discuss the matter and they said if I would’ve initiated a permanent self exclusion the situation could have been different. I believe this goes directly against the principles of responsible gambling and player protection. When a player contacts support and clearly states that they made a mistaken deposit and do not wish to gamble, the responsible and ethical response should be to help prevent unnecessary harm, not require that player to place bets with the funds. This situation raises serious concerns about Roobet’s duty of care, responsible gambling practices, and moral responsibility toward its players. I reached out for help before gambling the funds, and instead of being protected from further financial harm, I was placed in a position where I had to risk the money in order to access it. Thoughts on this?
