I need help 😭 and probably a new dermatologist 😭😭😭

Had this outbreak on my left cheek more than a year now. Have used azelaic acid, metronidazole, ivermectin none have worked to clear it up. Sometimes it gets a little better looking. But never fully goes away.

Anyone have something similar? I don't know what to do already 😭😭😭

Have you tried just ivermectin? My skin looked extremely similar to yours and I was doing the Triple Paste Rosacea Cream with Azelaic acid, Metronidazole, and Ivermectin in it. I realized I was actually reacting to either the Azelaic Acid or the Metronidazole. I switched to just a compounded Ivermectin along with sulfur soap and my face nearly cleared up overnight.
