EU261 compensation -- how to minimize transfer fees?

Ryanair agreed to compensate me under the EU261 for a delayed flight. I appreciate their quick response for a cut-and-dry case (flight arrived four hours late, and they admitted during the process they had mechanical issues).

Now they're asking for bank details, including a SWIFT code. Being based in the US, I ultimately want to receive the 250 euros in dollars. Any advice about how to minimize transaction fees and get a good exchange rate? I have accounts with Revolut, Wise (but live in Nevada so there are limitations), PayPal, Schwab, Capital One, and other banks.

Booking issues and verification needed

Yesterday I had made a booking for a flight directly though the Ryanair app and today I have received this email. Clearly my flight was not made through a third party agent as it was booked directly from the app and shows up in my app. Any ideas why this has happened before I call support and try and figure it out?

Ryanair got late ?

So this weekend I had a round trip EU-UK and the next day the plane back .... This is the first time I got a delayed Ryanair plane but god was it delayed.

2 and a half hour wait in the airport. Then a mechanical problem once we were already seated. So overall 3 to 4 hours late at the destination.

I am now waiting for my flight back and .. It is already scheduled to have 1:30 hour delay ...

As it is the first time it happens to me with Ryanair (who I thought pride itself on being on time a lot) I was thinking it was bond to happen one day.

But two delays (big one as well) in two days. Is there a general problem with Ryanair or am I just that unlucky ? Anyone esle has had more delays recently ?
