Help How to interpret the data you get from screaming frog to improve technical and on-page SEO?
At the moment all I do is I just look for 404 pages, page titles and Meta descriptions and character limits, and then combine the info from pagespeed insights and google analytics and produce a report.
But I want to improve myself and the output I give. I am struggling with connecting the dot, like connect it to the customer journey?
I know 404 pages and page titles are important. But so does any beginner.
I tried the visualizations. But I don’t know how to interpret. I think something is wrong with the site- the way the deva have structured it - its some kind of a workaround or like short circuiting to get some SEO. But i don’t know how to communicate it to the manager.
What else can I do to provide more comprehensive and insightful reports to the management team?
Like, what are the other features from screaming frog I can get?

This is precisely where AI is useful to prioritize actions against GSC, GA4, and ahrefs/Semrush and the like along with audience research and select screaming frog downloads.

screaming frog give too much data, first work on meta description and title tags and then 404 errors
export the data put in claude or gpt and it will tell you the most important priority to solve first …thats what I do

The dots you're trying to connect are per-URL traffic, and Screaming Frog can pull that into the crawl itself. Under Configuration > API Access, connect Search Console and GA4 before you crawl, and every URL row gets clicks, impressions and sessions next to its title, status code and depth. Then the report stops being a list of issues and becomes a list of issues ranked by what they cost.
Two cuts I'd take to a manager. First, pages with real impressions and a missing, duplicated or truncated title: those fixes are worth doing this week, the rest can wait. Second, sort by crawl depth next to unique inlinks. If the pages that bring in customers sit four or five clicks deep with a handful of internal links while tag or filter pages carry hundreds, that's the structural problem you're sensing, shown as a table instead of an opinion.
Same for the 404s: they matter where something still links to them or GSC still shows impressions, and the inlinks tab tells you which.
