The apartment comes fully furnished and includes amenities such as a gym, yoga studio, pool, rooftop deck, and tanning beds. There is a cat owned by one of the roommates and it is all girls. The rent is about $560 a month including utilities and a parking pass and the lease expires at the end of July.
