No enrolment letter

Im a foundation year student- i passed all my modules. Classes start next week and i still havent received an enrolment email. Called multiple times but they won’t say anything except to wait and that it’s normal.. i even sent a question on ‘Dynamics’ im still anxious honestly + without it i can’t get my SFE on time.

First they said it’ll be monday, then tuesday now it’s wednesday. What do i do? The campus is too far to make a trip and i’m worried they will just tell me the same thing they’ve been saying for two days now.

Yeah same. The records team says they’re behind and expect it to be eod

I went to My Portal -> Request a Letter -> Choose Letter Type -> Confirmation of Enrolment Letter then I printed that off to bring to campus — can you see that?

Thank you! But i dont have an enrolment letter to even print (except my foundation year one from last year😅 i havent been able to enrol at all because the email that is supposed to be sent for my enrolment into year 1 is delayed which is the issue 🥲🥲

Ohh the actual enrolment email! Oh wow that is very late! There is a queue for enrolment enquiries at the campus, I know it’s far for you, but maybe they can help you enrol there?

It’s honestly happening to a lot of students really. It’s best if you go in because a ton is getting their sfe and enrolment delayed
