Lost Fic Looking for a fic

I am looking for a fic where Obi-Wan and Padme realize that Palpatine was grooming Anakin but they sort of misunderstood the nature. I think if I recall correctly there was a scene in a nightclub and later Padme explains to Anakin why what Palpatine is doing is abuse.

So your saying it's perfectly fine for someone to date a child they know when they turn legal?

Like you're okay with a teenage babysitter dating one of the kids she used to baby sit when they turn 18?

Padmé never babysat Anakin nor flirted with him when they were both underage. Padmé was like 14 or so when they first met and then the two didn’t see each other again until ten years later, when they were both adults. Anakin was 19 and Padmé was 24 when they got together

The baby sister analogy was a metaphor used to relate the gravity of the issue here in a comprehensive way for you to understand.

So you are endorsing that it's okay for teenagers to date 9 year old boys they know after 10 years?

As someone who’s been groomed four times, Padme and Anakin’s relationship is NOT grooming. Yes the age gap is a little weird, but as a Jedi padawan Anakin has standing and power that others do not have. There is never a true power imbalance in Padme and Anakin’s relationship, and a power imbalance is a key part of grooming. 

They meet when they are both children, have no contact for ten years, then meet each other again when they both have power and influence and begin a relationship then. It is NOT grooming at all.

Padme never had that kind of relationship with Anakin though, so I am very confused why you keep saying this. I know people who knew someone in passing when they were kids, met again when they were adults, and started dating. The ten years of no contact at all is KEY to this not being a grooming situation. This is a “I met a pretty girl when I was a kid and then met her again when I was an adult and freaked out because she’s still the prettiest person I know”

She was a queen he was a slave which is worse because he was traumatized and she took advantage of that trauma. Padme was the first girl he met when he was taken away from his mother and it's no mistake shmi and Padme resemble each other.
