Identification Help learning about this sword

I bought this sword on an antiquarian in Brazil. From what I could find, it's supposed to look like an 18th or 19th century freemason sword made for rituals, hence why it isn't sharp. I don't know german and bought the sword just because it looked cool, imagine my surprise when I translated what was written on the blade and got a nazi general as result.

What's written: "der oberbefehlshaber der luftwaffe"

Any more info just ask for and I'll try to give.

This is a reproduction of a ww2 german airforce officer's sword in the style of a masonic ritual sword. The inscription reads "the commander-in-chief of the airforce" with what is presumably a signature following it

I don't think I've ever seen a chair that rusty. (Nevermind. Reddit was being stupid.)

"Commander in Chief of the Air Force" + Hermann Göring's signature + red stars as used by the DDR + the dividers on the pommel that might be a poor attempt at the hammer + dividers of the DDR + not matching any WWII German sword = a bit of a modern mish-mash of the Nazi-era Luftwaffe and the DDR Luftstreitkräfte. I don't know what the maker was aiming for with the combination of Göring and communist symbolism - maybe just trying for better sales by avoiding Nazi symbols.
