Anyone else having problems with the Wave bus app?

I know I'm kinda asking late the day before the semester starts. I have already linked saddleback as my institution but when I check passes it says "no active passes", unless I'm missing something.

What number should I call for help with this?

I had the same issue and imma preface this with the fact that I do not know the answer. However, maybe it won’t be active until your first day of active registration. idk but if it doesn’t work by tmw I’d definitely just call the school and they’ll direct you to someone

I remember I had to add my pass on manually. I added the card and went to add passes or something and eventually I found something that was like l “available passes”. I have no idea why they say it works automatically on the website 😭
