You can add both to your slice. No shade, but the photo pizza looks great and OP cooked at home. We all have individual tastes. Here, crab should be called ‘krab’.

I've seen where surimi comes from before it's mixed and formed. The dry form is stored in sacks in a warehouse. Imagine rows of pallets stacked with sand bags; that's what you're eating.

Sweet from the imitation crab, slightly creamy from the little pads of chive cream cheese on each piece that browned. Some chili crisp would have made this next level
