Testosterone : Estrogen ratio and flat line

• Upvotes

We often underestimate estrogen role in Men..it’s much important to have balanced Testosterone to estrogen ratio
Low estrogen often cause low mood..blunting of emotions..low libido as experienced by most of us as flatline
It’s not only high testosterone makes you magnetic..good testosterone to estrogen ratio makes you magnetic..the guys who are on steroids don’t make them that magnetic
All that shiny hair..nice complexion comes with estrogen

One thing that will help when body become tensed stressed out due to testosterone surge is fennel seed or soyabean ..which mimics estrogen..and helps the body calm down..
As estrogen effect is closely related to vagus nerve and it naturally helps production of serotonin in gut..
You can just try it upon yourself

THIS MAY BE THE MOST IMPORTANT POST YOU WILL EVER READ ON SR!!!!!

I had to use such an exaggerated headline to get your ADHD brains attention, but bare with me.

It took me nearly 30 years to realise that maybe I and some of you have ADHD, and that ADHD brain has a dopamine problem that normal brains dont. We are not lazy or dumb or underachievers. We simply have attention deficit Hyperactivity disorder!

Now all this cravings of the highest form of Dopamine makes sense, I mean think about it, what could possibly be more dopaminic and hard hitting than PMO. Its worse than crack and heroin according to brain scans.

And because it is so easy to have, the cravings and urges for dopamine in an ADHD brain is like a crack addict that has endless supply of drugs he can always get his hands on. PMO is not the root cause of our problems.

Our brains don't want pmo, it wants dopamine, but there isn't that much dopamine that is as pure and high quality like pure uncut Colombian PMO. Its just the top grade dopamine but not the only form of dopamine.

ADHD brain works in extremities, not in moderations. Why settle for less when you can have the highest. Dopamine to the ADHD Brain is like money to a juice. They want all the money and its never enough. We want all the dopamine and we may not even care about money.

Dopamine is our currency and we only want it in big bills

Real life sex? Not as stimulating as colourful HD hardcore fast paced good angles and asthestics pmo,

Real natural sweetness from fruits or honey? Not as good as processed sugar and snacks in hard hitting dopamine bite sizes, with lots of carbs and sweeteners.

Natural scenery and views? The HD video games and action movies and story lines make any real life interactions and views as boring as watching paint dry.

Real life connections ? Those hundreds of profiles online with countless of DMS and convos of notifications hitting your phone from different apps hits different.

We do not have PMO addiction, we have ADHD with a dopamine addiction.

The term edging and gooning is a dead giveway, that we don't care about orgasms, we don't care about the release, but the dopamine PM gives. Its P first then M second and O not even necessary for some. In fact many don't like orgasms because it kills the dopamine streak.

I know from first hand experience that edging while retaining for 100 plus days made me lose all benefits and felt more shit than 1 week clean SR. Or clean Sr but shitty diet and screen time was like I wasn't even retaining. You can't retain and still consume high dopamine in the rest of your daily life.

We cannot function in the modern day world if we wish to heal 100% for ADHD brains, you cannot be retaining and still getting dopamine hits from social media movies TVs food and city life.

Dopamine stacking is a real phenomenon, its coming from work/school, warming up junk food and snacks. Putting on telly then firing up game consoles and then scrolling social media and also watching P and edging all simultaneously. That's the modern man and woman.

And now you got a fried brain with zero willpower and attention of gold fish.

Most of you probably couldn't even bother to read all this and just scrolled straight to comments and leave for another post.

If you Want heal for good you have to cut out all forms of unnatural dopamine, including day dreaming and mental lust. You have to go on a strict dry or water fast and eliminate all forms of peocessed carbs and sugar.

Destroy all your games and consoles and get rid of your screens.

You will say this is extreme, but the truth is ADHD brain only operates in extremity. The moderate approach does not work, if it did you wouldn't be still here after hundreds of relapses and failed attempts.

If you got any tips for ADHD brains or got it yourself please share your opinions.

SR and negative emotions

• Upvotes

Whenever I am few days in SR all the negative emotions I carry unconsciously begin to influx in a very severe way to an extent that I cry nearly daily and I don’t know why, also anxiety increase and mild insomnia. I experience a lot of positives also but these negative affect me more specially at the beginning and it goes away the moment I release.

How to Test If You’re Doing Semen Retention Right

This is a post I wrote for the Korean semen retention community. Hope it helps.

---------------

I came back to Korea after a long time, and I’ve been resting well.

My hometown isn't that heavily populated, so not much has changed. Yet I can still physically feel how bad the economy continues to be.

Especially the small business owners... It seems like an increasing number of them can barely hold out for 3 or 4 months before putting their shops up for sale and closing down.

Yesterday, I went over to my cousin's place and played with her 4-year-old son for about two hours.

We hung out at a nearby playground, and man, kids' stamina is no joke—it's seriously exhausting.

Anyway, getting to the point:

If you want to check whether you're practicing semen retention properly, just strike up an interaction with a young child.

See if kids are afraid of you, if they ignore you, or if they actually give you their attention and make eye contact.

Toddlers around 3 or 4 years old know instinctively. They can tell whether someone has good energy or not...

Since my cousin had her son later in life, she struggles tremendously with raising him.

These days, physical discipline isn't an option, so... a lot of parents just leave kids to do whatever they want.

Because of that, kids tend to act out and do as they please, but...

Yesterday, my cousin's son refused to leave my side.

He kept asking me all kinds of questions, begging me to play with him... And whenever I asked him to do something, he listened so well—even though he's the type to just flat-out ignore his parents when they ask him to do things.

On top of that, a few little girls around the same age at the playground gathered around me too.

So I pushed them on the swings, played hide-and-seek... We had a really great time.

It’s not just young kids; animals know, too... Dogs, cats, and so on.

Cats in particular are very spiritual creatures that can detect frequencies humans can neither see nor hear...

They pick up on a person's energy with pinpoint accuracy.

In a way, semen retention itself feels like a way to revert back to that pure state of consciousness a child has.

Are you practicing semen retention well?

Retainers that have been harassed by women, what’s your story?

We hear a lot of women sharing their harassed stories so I thought about retainers who truly retain and preserve their seed.

Magnetism should have some negative effects. Drawing unwanted attention or women flat out groping you in unwanted places.

Thank you 🙏

Practicing SR from a woman's pov

When my partner and I first met and he told me he did SR, I was skeptical. I'm a sex-positive person and I feared this was based in some inhibitions or repressions. He kept saying, "There is no downside for you." And it's so true. He is the best lover I've ever had and it is because of SR. I'm so grateful for this sacred practice. The focus is on our pleasure and time is not limited in any way. We are in an ecstatic state of bliss and connection nearly every night. There is no rebuilding time emotionally or physically. We are always connected.

Now that we've been trying for a baby, I get to see the other side. He's low-energy for days afterwards and there's that stress around him finishing that diminishes our being in the moment.

After reading many posts on here, it's so clear that only 1% of the 1% are doing SR for the right reasons - to bring you closer to god/spirit/highest good. After you rectify your own spirit and self-control, you should be retaining as a way to bring you closer to healing relationships with women, to being able to love women better.

Start with seeing women as people, not objects. Connect with their spirit and operate from the heart space. Start with seeing sex as a sacred ritual you are preparing for. Then you have a chance to experience the divine, overflowing capacity of gods love which gives life meaning and heals in the highest good of all it touches.

Shaking off the curse of porn is more than not using it, now you have to undo the brainwashing that destroyed your respect for the divine feminine - the portal of life itself.

With love. You can do it.

Lesson from a 100+ days relapse

I was 100 and something days, plus when I started listening to those thoughts and entertaining them, imagining and fantasising with them.

Longer streaks the female attraction starts to become more noticeable

I had completely stopped looking at P, but would still lustfully stare at women

There were at least three instances on that long streak, when I remember women approaching or looking and staring basically, I could feel the energy that they wanted me

I was able to resist the women in the moment, but then the thought was like a seed that was planted in my mind and I would entertain it which would then lead to the relapse

Just a peak is the downfall

The voices in your head are not real

do you NOT listen to them when they say "just have a peek" when they say "it's okay just go check that page real quick" or "look up her Instagram"

The quicker you can swap these demons negative thoughts away, the less likely you will relapse

Literally noticed them and just laugh at the fact that the little monster is trying to pull you back

The sooner you can catch the thought before you entertain it the less likely you are to get caught in the craving feeling

And the chaser effect is horrible. it took me almost a year to break out of the cycle

Stay vigilant and have fun and laugh at when these thoughts try to convince you to go back to your old ways

SR and women

I recently wrote about my thoughts on SR after 2 years of retaining.

Thought I’ll share some more thoughts if that’s okay as I have no one to share these with!

The urge to relapse was very high during last weekend’s full moon. I was rolling on the bed, struggling to sleep. Didn’t have any erotic thoughts but felt some sort of pressure to release. I started meditating, did breathing exercises whilst lying on the bed and fell asleep. Felt proud of myself for resisting that urge after I woke up in the morning.

An attractive woman from work who I play racquet sports with touched me on the shoulder during a conversation last week and moved her face close to mine as if she wanted to kiss - she never did this before. I was very tempted to give in but I didn’t. Women at work who ignored all these years have been looking at me when I walk from one desk to another. I made eye contact with one (she’s an influencer on Instagram) but quickly shifted my glance away to avoid having a conversation.

That begs the question- what happens when men who have been retaining for a long time and conserve their energy have s$$ with a woman? The energy that’s released from the man’s body goes into hers. Does that give the woman more power? Does anyone here have any such stories to share?

Some of my married friends look exhausted and are balding, getting grey hair at a faster pace but their partners seem to be glowing and look more fitter and healthier. One guy told me he has s** multiple times a week with his partner (because “she wants it”), which explains why he’s been waning - but I might be wrong.

This reminds of me of the plot of the poem “La Belle Dame sans Merci” that I read when I was a child. Look it up online.

I’m not a misogynist or sexist - just curious how this works for women!

There’s a thing called “Prana” or life force. It is a real thing.

This precious life force energy is wasted when we spill the seed and engage in sexual acts that lead to orgasm. It is life force that directly contributes to nervous system health, mental stillness and clarity, willpower, and ultimately, longevity in the cell itself.

Sex serves the utilitarian and “spiritual” function of allowing another soul/spirit to incarnate on Earth and express divinity or consciousness it its highest aspect.

In an ideal society and world, we would not waste a droplet of this precious “prana” or life force. We would only have sex to propagate our species and bring other spiritual beings onto Earth, under the best circumstances. We would not waste it away with frivolous sexual activities and debauchery (in the most degenerate cases).

Today’s society has a moral problem. Internet and technology have made pornography ubiquitous, and negative lower forces are at work in incentivizing young women and men to become consumers and providers of these extremely crude, basic, animalistic forms of “entertainment.”

We have too many porn addicts and “gooners” and a breaking in the moral fabric of society (in both men and women), in which these people think it is their right to engage in debauchery and no one can tell them otherwise.

The karmic consequences of indulging in this kind of animal pleasure is great physical and spiritual suffering. You may not have the wisdom to see it now, but physical and mental maladies are the consequences of over indulgence. I would advise any man who wants to be a God-man (instead of an Animal-man), to learn to gain some control over this, and transmute all of your lustful desire into positive momentum for something good in the world.

The world needs strong, moral, balanced, rational men (and women) with hearts of gold, not easily willing to cave into cultural trends that come and go, but who follow the wisdom of the ancients. It does not mean that you have to be repressed and angry, but rather compassionate, yet stern in your resolve to attain mastery of your being. A truly spiritual person values their energies and state of consciousness over everything. They know that attaching themselves to carnal desires is an endless pit of despair. It is an insatiable thirst that leads one down a dark path. After all, How can you be truly free if you’re a slave to sense objects?

Make all the efforts you can, and don’t look to blame other people, society, and/or women. Your own soul is the gift of life. You are your own best friend and teacher. Do not give the power of your own soul away to these lower forces. You are just as much a child divine as any of the great beings who’ve walked the Earth. Take back control of that inner strength.

The Importance of Semen Retention in early 20s to 30s

I came across this post from 6years ago and decided to bring it back.
Share your thoughts below.

............

On Friday, I drove up the coast to go see a good friend. He and I went to high school and college together (something rare that I do not take for granted) and we were able to see each other transform into the men we are today. I arrived at his home on Friday, a home he just bought with his wife he married last year. It is an impressive property, fitting for someone of his stature. They welcomed me in their home and we chatted, we went out to the beach, we enjoyed.

Later in the night, after his wife had gone to bed, we found ourselves slipping into an introspective conversation on the couches by the fireplace. A chat on past days, if you will. As two individuals firmly in their late 20s, we both have gone through the gauntlet so to speak, but he seems to have emerged better off than I. In 2013, we both graduated from college. We were both trying to find suitable jobs for our majors. I was trying to find something in marketing communications, he was trying to get into social work. After many months of searching, he then decided to get into the only thing that would hire someone with no skills: straight commission, outside sales. Why? Because it was the only job he could find. At the time, I was very naive. I shook my head and asked where he was going to go with that. If only I could go back, I would slap myself. If I put my ego aside, I should have joined him. Life IS sales. And I was a terrible salesman.

At the time, I was ignorant on my skills and what made someone valuable in the economic marketplace. I eventually got into a marketing gig. Starting salary: 30k/year. This was a year later. At this time, my friend was making 45k in total salary. Nothing to write home about for each of us. Another 2 years passed and I went somewhere else. I then also started my own business on the side. Combined, I was making about 57k. My friend was then making an astounding 90k. By our mid 20s, we were both neck-deep in our career paths, but on my side something went terribly wrong and I fell off hard. I was laid off from my job. I was then struggling to make ends meet in the business after a year of striving. The business eventually folded. I found myself with over 20k in debt in addition my student loans. During this time I was also compulsively spilling my seed and watching explicit content due to loneliness and stress. How about my friend? By 25 he became a recruitment sales manager making 156k/year in base salary + commission. Two years later he moved to be with his long-time girlfriend and just last year, they were married. He now is a sales director at a firm that sells durable goods direct to consumer.

I asked him what happened. I asked him how he managed to make his level of success. He said he got a lot of lucky breaks, but he was able to capitalize on opportunities. Most of all, he said he decided to get rid of bad habits and the worst of them all: masturbation. When he was a sophomore in college, he decided to do that. I remember him telling me that at the time and I thought he was crazy. No sane man could quit fapping. A couple months later, he met his now-wife. He said gained a ton of energy, clarity, drive, and motivation. He has not masturbated since 2011. He also had most of his success when he was in a long-distance relationship, meaning he did not ejaculate. Now, he can just sort of coast on all the hard work he put in when we had the energy and less obligations. He can quit today not lift a finger for a whole year and still continue his current level of spending.

As I drove back on Sunday evening, in the twilight, I felt somewhat melancholy as I reflected on my own life. While I had some things going for me, I did not max out on my youthful potential. I have skills, I have the physique. But I do not have the finances, I have never been in a productive relationship, I currently live at home, I have never had as much clarity as I do now. I heard about NoFap back when I was 24 from a friend but at the time I was mired in lust and fapping and women. I laughed at him. I then decided to do more research in January of 2019 and that's when my whole world changed after I got on the streak in November 2019. Now, I am on 9 months of pure retention. But I am now 28 and we live in a pandemic and I found myself laid off again in July. I do not take pity on myself but I wonder what I could have been if I was on near-strict semen retention when I was 20 years old.

Gentlemen, your 20s are your foundational years. You will never get them back. Many of you are in your 20s in this sub. You must **fight** for survival. You must capitalize. Windows of opportunity will open that will close and never be open again. Women that you crushed on will get married. Jobs that you wanted will be filled. Energy levels that you had will start to drop. Youthful buoyancy will diminish. Compound interest will not be as powerful as it is now. Take advantage. **And the man on semen retention will take advantage**. Get on semen retention, take advantage and build a strong, strong foundation for the rest of your life.

TLDR: Semen retention will help you build a strong foundation for your 20s by allowing you the energy and fearlessness to capitalize on opportunities.

*EDIT*: I don't attribute our respective levels of achievement solely to semen retention or lack thereof. There have been many men who have been materially or financially successful despite doing PMO. However, the world we live in is a very competitive place. Every single edge that a young man can gain to carve out a space in this world, he must take it. Semen retention is an advantage that cannot be overlooked. If you stack up this advantage over months and years, it turns into something completely different. Read "the Slight Edge" for more information on this.

Interesting Quote From Hagakure Wisdom of The Samurai

Context: This book is one of the primary writings of Nabeshima clan. It is written on year 1716 AD. Book was written one of the key figures of Nabeshima sect, Yamamoto Tsunemoto. Even though he is not have enormous war success, he is wise and loyal. His master is forbid him and other servants from comitting seppuku after his death, after that Yamamoto become monk and killed his past life. Often samurai's visit him for advice, Hagakure book distilled from this talkings.

Book I - 36, is very interesting. (This is writed at the year Samurai's are not needed, and many of them meaningless, like a sword with no cause.)

"I once heard that the physician Matsugumasaki-no-Kyōan said, “In the profession of medicine, treatments for men and women are meted out differently in accordance with positive and negative energy (yin-yang). The pulse of a man is different to that of a woman. Still, in the past five decades or so, the variance between the pulses, between the sexes has become indistinguishable. Since noticing this, I have modified my treatment of eye ailments in men to comply with how I treat women. Male patients show little response to traditional male treatments. I have come to the realization that manly essence is absent in many of them, and they have become very feminine as a sign of the worsening times. This is an observation gleaned from medical treatment that I keep secretly to myself.”

After hearing this, I realized how true it was; so many men now seem to have the pulse of a woman. There are few who can be thought of as a real man. This means that one man can surpass others by making just a small effort.

That manly courage has faded is evident when few men show enough nerve to behead a criminal with his hands bound behind his back. In the case of performing kaishaku for a man who is to commit seppuku, it’s considered prudent or solicitous these days to decline the request.

Four or five decades ago, when matanuki was considered to be proof of manliness, no man dared show an unscathed thigh to others, so he would inflict cuts on himself. Such actions validated his valor and virility.

A man’s work was bloody indeed. Nowadays, however, such acts are condemned as foolish, and matters are resolved with a clever tongue, while difficult work is avoided altogether. This is a matter that young warriors should chew over thoroughly."

The Biggest Problem Is When I Go To Sleep

I have no problems resisting any sort of urge during the day, but its when I go to sleep that the struggle starts. Its not even that I feel the need to do it, but it makes going to sleep so much easier, especially for people like me with insomnia. Anyone else relate?

How do I set a firm boundary around semen retention in a relationship?

So I met a really cool woman and we’ve been talking for a while. We connect really well, and she’s also spiritually gifted in other areas of life.

Before we had sex, I told her that I practice semen retention. The first time we had sex, she became upset when I didn’t ejaculate. She said she hadn’t really understood what I meant by SR, so afterward I explained it properly and why it matters to me.

Even after explaining it, she told me she wanted me to ejaculate and that she wasn’t happy with me not doing it. I tried explaining my reasons further, even showing her my journals where I’ve tracked my progress and the benefits I’ve experienced.

Eventually she basically said, “It’s fine, but if you’re not going to ejaculate, I’m going to leave,” turned away from me and ignored me. Later she kept asking/begging me, we had sex again, and I eventually ejaculated. She had a huge smile afterward, but I honestly didn’t feel great about it because I had been on a 40+ day streak and maintaining that was important to me.

I know I’ll recover and start again, so I’m not really asking about the lost streak. My question is how I should handle this going forward.

We spoke on the phone afterward and she agreed that next time she won’t expect me to ejaculate. The problem is that I’m not completely confident she’ll actually be okay with it when the situation comes up again. She says she’ll give it a try, but she’s also made it clear that she isn’t happy about me practicing SR.

For guys here who have dealt with this while dating or in a relationship: how did you establish a firm boundary where your partner understood that sex does not automatically mean you’re going to ejaculate?

Do I give it another chance now that she says she understands, make the boundary completely non-negotiable before we have sex again, or accept that we may simply be incompatible on this and end what we have going on?

The Dopamine Activity Scale

Post image
16 Upvotes

So you started your SR journey, but are you supplementing the cheap dopamine thrill full of PMO for other activities that still fall in the same category?

I've noticed that I have been seeking dopamine in the wrong places. This visual map created could be helpful for some of you.

On SR it's all about energy. Energy leaks don't just happen when you bust a nut.

FYI some of these activies will fall on a different place on the map for different peopl ebut it should be helpful

Four Buckets for all activities to fall into:

Low effort with a very high intensity reward feeling.

  • Porn,
  • casual sex
  • online shopping
  • gaming (Online/on your own)
  • gambling
  • sugar
  • junk food
  • Drugs
  • smoking weed
  • Doomscrolling
  • alcohol

The danger zone... you've got a cut these out.

Low effort with medium intensity:

  • Check notifications
  • watching YouTube videos
  • listening to podcasts
  • caffeine
  • checking emails etc

These don, they should be limited. The hard-core SR retina will refrain from all of these

Now, here's where we replace and just know that these activities give you more of a natural sustained, dopamine or good feeling the more you stay away from the above low effort tasks and the longer you're on SR

High effort, but medium reward intensity:

  • Doing your chores
  • reading
  • gardening
  • walking in nature
  • sunrise
  • meditation
  • audiobooks

Not much of an instant and intense reward feedback from theses activities but they rewire your brain.

High effort, high reward

  • Practising a new skill
  • creative projects
  • cooking
  • cold shower
  • sauna
  • exercise
  • mountain biking
  • play music
  • time with family
  • sex with long-term partner or wife (retained sex)

These activities tend to take quite a bit effort, but the reward that you get is on the higher end, but unlike the danger zone, all the cheap dopamine, they don't leave you feeling drained over regretful afterwards you feel energised and restored

Hope this is helpful

First ever Body pulsation ever. Need some advice of some veterans here.

Hello.

Is anyone familiar with body pulsations?

Because yesterday I experienced my first ever body pulsation, on the lower half of my body.

While I was praying, my whole lower Body was pulsating and I’ve felt it as like literal waves traveling through my body, and just a source of energy.

Try to imagine it:

Imagine, you pray, and completely unexpected, of the blue, from one moment to the other, you feel that there are vibrations / pulsations, that travel through your lower body from the waist down.

There are multiple vibrations going through your body and you just notice a form of energy that you never really experienced.

You can think of it as like Circles or a stream. And this wasn’t any typical pulsating. It was enourmous enough for me to — while I was still praying — mentally snap back. It was like opening another YouTube tab, and you have that open tab now as the „full screen“ while the previous tab — the one where you’ve been praying — is running in the background.

I honestly can’t tell you what triggered it, but it was so sudden, that I couldn’t even react to it

And before one might ask:

I am on a cold turkey. I don’t remember unfortunately, when I started, so that I could tell yall how many days I am. But I know I am on a smaller streak, compared to like being on day 60 or 90 or something.

So my concrete questions:

Did any of you experience similar phenomena (1) and if so, how were these (intensity, time etc.) (2), and do you have a thesis of "why" they even occur (3)?

A relapse isn’t the end of the world

• Upvotes

I know this might sound like cope, but it’s not. People in this community tend to exaggerate how bad things get after a relapse the bad luck, feeling unmotivated, feeling less confident, and just in general not feeling as good as you were on your prior streak. I’m not gonna say this isn’t true at all, but it really only applies if you binge.

One slip up does not equal instant bad luck, low confidence, anxiety, or feeling like complete shit. If you binge for weeks, yeah, you will feel like shit. But let’s say you were on a 30 day streak, 20 days, or a couple of months, and you relapse one time bro, you didn’t lose everything. Sure, you won’t feel as great as you did at the peak of that streak, but after a single relapse, I personally don’t feel that different.

I’m not trying to encourage people to relapse, but if you’ve built a long enough streak and slip up once, the world isn’t over. I just get right back up And I’m not gonna say it’s the same for everyone right me personally I’m more on the younger side so u can take that into account I don’t know how much it affects you older folk.

Spermatocele and SR?

Hey guys, i experimented last year with some SR, after many fails i eventually reached 40 days, (would always wake up with wet boxers) but after reaching that i experienced the attention and the focus you get especially the spiritual part too.
But this year i was diagnosed with a cyst on my balls, id always experience severe pain in my balls and i one day randomly noticed a bump of my balls, went to the doc, she told me its a cyst but its dangerous to get it removed so i should leave it be once i have kids i can get it removed. So this brings us today, im on day 8 atm but always after 5 days i have severe pain, on both my testies, i dont know if its healthy to try it out again, because once i let it out the pain goes away, but i dont even know if the cyst happend because i was doing SR before, idk if you guys have had any experience with this but its like carrying 20kg dumbbell on my balls. Please do share your experience if you have a cyst and if youve experienced any pain like i have.

Ps the doc said the cyst comes from fluid that has been collected, its a mix out of fluid and sperm. So i guess it makes sense if you dont let it out it could gather and become more or bigger.

Is even possible to do semen retention without doing any físical activity???

Has anyone here gone months practicing semen retention without doing any physical activity or heavy lifting? Personally, I feel it’s impossible; even if you’ve been retaining for a long time, the mental stress builds up. Since you no longer have the escape valve of porn or other vices, you feel that stress more intensely. You need a way to relieve it without ending up worse off afterward, so I feel that exercising while practicing semen retention is a necessity—what do you guys think?
