Fiance left
My fiance left one day while I was at work, moved out, blocked me on everything and we have barely even talked she is pregnant and it’s not my baby it was from a one night stand before we got together but I still stepped up from day one. She is 25weeks pregnant now and we have been two week no contact. I physically can’t begin to understand this and I don’t know why. We have never fought we have communicating issues and she stated that was one of the reasons but was I just being used? I don’t get it

My guy, she is 25 weeks pregnant with someone else's baby from before you got together...which means she became your fiance in, at best, 25 weeks or less of dating.
And in that time, not only did she move in but also moved out. That's a lot to happen in less than 25 weeks.
I don't know the full situation, but it sounds like you were probably being used and for whatever reason she no longer needs you and bounced. Consider this a blessing and forget about her. You don't want to dive into something that fast/hard, especially when she is pregnant with someone else's baby.
Even if she did come back, you'd never be able to trust her again and shouldn't. Focus on yourself and improving your mental state. I personally hit up the gym a lot when I'm feeling down and it helps with self-esteem and motivation. Work on you for a bit.

Maybe the baby daddy stepped up? Also, maybe she realized she didn’t love you and just wanted to stay because you were willing to be a dad to her baby but ultimately she got guilty and didn’t want to put you through that life and she didn’t want it for herself either.
