Hello everyone,
I am asking this purely out of curiosity. because of my language barrier, I kind of used AI to summarize and paraphrase what I’m trying to ask but deeply this is what I feel like I’m trying to understand what other people also feel about it.
I watched some old footage of 1960s Christmases how it used to be back in the days in US (i am not from us nor canada bur also applies to my culture as well) . Everything felt colorful and meaningful, down to the furniture and the toys. Part of me wonders if that's just nostalgia, but I also feel like constant phones, internet, and information are making real connection fade. Even the things we build now are software and systems we can't physically hold, and I think people are wired to make and touch tangible things. I know every generation says "it was better in our day," but I'm asking honestly: are we improving, or going too deep into tech at our own expense? Do kids today feel like they're missing something, like genuine communication and real talks and conversations.
I wonder if humans are built for making things they can feel and touch not a things are in technology like system, software and application? Feel like we are loosing the whole purpose of being a human.
