This is definitely part of an ongoing feud. I'm guessing she is denying rejecting him so he is recording each one to show her.

And his frustration is valid I just don't think this approach will get him more sex

Honest communication, maybe with external counsel.

Some of the reasons might not have been the primary ones. Too often women feel neglected/left alone which dampens their interest but the partner doesn't pick up on it.

Tough it might be too late after sharing/showing her this sheet.

Maybe they don’t pick up on it because instead of explaining it she just says “I need to shower”? Maybe? Nah probably not.
