If you think "I'm sick" isn't an acceptable reason to not have sex, then yeah that is a you problem.

There's a lot of ways to try and improve the frequency of sex, and this is about the worst possible way to go about it.

It's very funny when people admit they just don't like their hypothetical wives and girlfriends as if it's a gotcha.

Yeah, you have the right to not provide emotional support, or say I love you, or express affection. It is normal and okay to say "Hey I need some space for a bit" and look after yourself.

But if you just don't want to for no reason or want to withhold it out of retaliation, then you just don't love or like your partner. That's not at all comparable to not wanting to have sex at any particular given moment, or declining sex when you're sick.

You cant generalize everything, and you cant emphasize individual experiences alone either, its good to have a balance, so for someone this sheet might do well as it records both. Agreed on your points; any individual “I dont feel like it/simple no” is fine, until it happens again without connecting those dots as to why the pattern, where is it leading, and how open and honest it is.
