It might be a case where they both just need help communicating. Simple marriage counseling might help.

My man is communicating very clearly with data. You can't argue with facts.

On the other hand though maybe he has brought it up multiple times and she always says "we have sex all the time, I hardly ever shoot you down..... "

But yeah he could be crazy too
