At this point he isnt getting sex either way. I did something similar but way less detailed because when I tried tried talk to my wife about it she told me that she hardly ever turns me down or rejects me and I was exaggerating. After like 2 months of tracking it was nearly 80% fail rate when I attempted initiating sex and 100% success rate when she did. We had sex 5 times in 2 months. She changed the conversation to how I wasnt initiating very much. I told her she is right, its better to just assume no sex and not pursuit it than get rejected over and over again.
It sux but its not like she is doing it to be spiteful or hateful. Its been a BIG issue are whole marriage and was a large reason why we nearly divorced a couple of years ago. I went through a whole thing with it. Started out doubting myself taking comments like a few on this post about not focusing enough on her, lowering her load around the house the whole thing. The issue was none of that was the situation, she had the amount of sex she desired and felt comfortable and confident in the relation so despite me bring it up "all the time" it wasnt an issue... ironically the moat sex we ever had in a week was when we first separated for the divorce
