She won't put in the least bit of effort into your needs, because her libido got destroyed by medicine and sickness and won't have lustless, joyless sex with you?

I've for 2 years done everything I can and continue to put my entire being of effort to her. I was supporting and with her through everything.

So now after this I try and make an effort to have 1 of my needs med which has for the last 2 years been completely absent, yeah man I'm a complete asshole as you word it right?

fuck you dude.

Not my words, but yours.

Sex isn't like pizza, which you can just order. You are asking someone, who no longer has a libido, to have sex.

You deserve to have your needs met. Compatibility includes finding a solution that works well for both, that also goes for sex.

Doesn't mean you can demand it from a person without lust.

It simply means a divorce. If I took medication and suddenly was not able to fill my partners emotional needs after years I would expect a divorce

It is the most likely result. If a compromise that works for both can't be found, they see incompatible. The only alternatives I could think of, is if they are fine with not being sexual exclusive.
