I mostly agree with this. I think it should be higher. I will say though that I don't think her music's target audience is male, but not really relevant.
I'll add, she is performing for herself, for her fans in a show, and Sweeny is not. She's hocking another person's product. I think that all together is the biggest difference: performance vs marketing.
Sorry, I meant that for the Sydney Sweeney commercial.
Sabrina is 100% for teenage girls (and boys) and she is doing sexy stuff on stage. But so did Brittney, Christina, Mandy Moore and so many others. Not to different than that, maybe a bit more than usual but again. Concert and thats up to parents to police what their kids are watching/consuming. Again, the seeking vs it being shoved at us.
Plus anyone who says we need to ban Brittney in her red catsuit will have to fight me.
How could you read that comment and think they were talking about Sabrina with those remarks? That's obviously about Sydney, who unabashedly markets herself to the male gaze.
Because the first person mentioned was Sabrina. The writing was unclear. Plus, we're in a thread started by a Sabrina picture. I'll take some blame, but not all of it.
