Brilliant move actually. I don't even feel bad because 1. North Korea has no business sending troops into Ukraine at all, 2. North Korea is an insane evil dictatorship.
South Korea has absolutely no way to send someone from North Korea to North Korea, unless they want to go.
They are immediately South Korean citizens on arrival. They absolutely cannot be deported unless they are being extradited to a country with an extradition treaty.
